Margarida

Margarida brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her remarkable achievements include a Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor's in Physical Education with specializations in Special Education and Rehabilitation.

Margarida is a Certified Personal Trainer and Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. She is also certified as a Lagree Instructor, TRX Instructor, Functional Movement Screen and Kettlebell. Her proficiency extends to Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Les Mills Body Balance and Body Vive.

With an illustrious career spanning 30 years in the Fitness Industry, Margarida's passion for exercise and commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle are evident. She has made significant international contributions, having worked in countries such as Portugal, Spain, India, and Uruguay.

Excitingly, Margarida is currently working on establishing her own training academy, "Movementbymf," further solidifying her commitment to excellence and sharing her wealth of knowledge with aspiring fitness professionals.

 

Alona

With a passion for fitness and a dedication to her craft, Alona creates transformative sessions that leave participants feeling energized, motivated, and empowered. With a background as a professional ballerina, she graduated from one of Ukraine's premier dance academies, excelling as a performer and choreographer.

Alona is a certified Lagree instructor with many years of teaching expertise. She is also known for her skills as a stretching coach and her specialization in prenatal and postnatal fitness.

Additionally, Alona is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), specializing in Aerial, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha yoga, with seven years of teaching experience.

 

Gema

As a certified Lagree and Pilates instructor with many years of experience in the fitness industry, Gema brings a profound passion for fitness that has taken Lagree to new heights with upbeat routines designed to keep you energized and motivated.

Her innovative approach focuses on effective movements that build strength and endurance, ensuring you leave each session feelingaccomplished and invigorated. Gema's background as a professional ballerina provides her with a deep understanding of body movement, muscle dynamics, and biomechanics—an invaluable asset that enhances her Lagree classes.

 

Olga

With over 13 years of international experience and a collection of prestigious certificates, Olga is committed to delivering exceptional service. She thrives on attention to detail, infusing her sessions with boundless motivation and positive energy, inspiring her clients to push their boundaries.

Olga’s journey in sports began at the age of 6, attending an Olympic athlete school, and since then, she continuously evolved, achieving championship titles in running for both 100 meters and 400 meters.

Olga is a dedicated fitness expert who holds certifications as a Group fitness and Personal Trainer, as well as Lagree, Yoga/Aerial yoga, and Pilates Instructor. She is also trained in 4D Bungee Pro and Trampoline.

 

Nancy

Nancy is a proficient Pilates instructor with a decade of teaching expertise in various Pilates, rehabilitation, and fitness organizations worldwide. With a keen understanding of the principles of this transformative practice.

Nancy specializes in tailoring Pilates sessions to meet the unique needs and abilities of each client, whether focusing on core strength, flexibility, rehabilitation, or overall well-being. She has also undergone training in Pilates and stretching programs designed specifically for pregnant women and the elderly.

Additionally, Nancy brings over 11 years of expertise as a physiotherapist specializing in sports and musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation, demonstrating advanced knowledge in body functioning, anatomy, biomechanics, and human movement.

Nancy also holds certifications in Barre, Body Pump, Functional Training and Lagree.

 

Julia

With over a decade of dedicated experience in the realm of movement and fitness, Julia brings a multifaceted expertise to the table. Her journey began with a passion for Ballet Arts and Performances, which paved the way for a Bachelor's degree in Choreography.

Alongside her academic pursuits, Julia honed her skills as a Certified Personal Trainer, ensuring that she can guide individuals towards their fitness goals with precision and care. Additionally, she is certified in Lagree and 4D Pro Bungee Fitness, a dynamic and innovative approach to exercise, as well as Barre Technique, Step Aerobics, and Rhythmic Gymnastics.

Her commitment to holistic well-being extends to fostering flexibility and mobility, areas in which she holds specialized certifications. As a Flexibility and Mobility Instructor, she empowers others to unlock their body's potential for movement and grace.
